Manufacture and Extended Warranty
Depending on your product and concerns, you may be covered under warranty. While our skilled and knowledgeable team can provide general information on coverage, we recommend reaching out to your brand's customer service for the most accurate details.
Out of Warranty Service
"No sweat" or "no worries" – you'll hear us say it often! We strive to offer fair prices, ensuring your appliance needs are met with ease.
Our diagnostic fee is $100.00, plus parts, tax, and labor, which is based on the time required for the repair, rather than a flat rate. Rest assured, all costs will be discussed with you before any work begins, and nothing will be done without your approval.
**Please be advised that the diagnostic fee is non-refundable**
Parts Warranty:
We only use components sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. As a result, all parts come with a one-year warranty!
Parts and Labor Guarantee for out of Warranty Customers:
If any part paid for by the customer, fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year of installation, we will replace it at no additional cost.
When parts are not replaced, labor charges are warranted for 90 days. Parts and labor charges can be refunded at any time prior to a repair. (Labor is collected once the repair is completed, but the customer can pay for their labor upfront per their discretion.) Any parts being returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Legal Information:
KLJ Services LLC warranty applies to the same concern only. If your appliance encounters a new or unrelated problem, we will provide you with a quote for the additional repair. KLJ Services LLC warranty coverage, is valid only when payment for the repair has been made directly to KLJ Services LLC. If not, your warranty will be limited to the manufacturer's or extended warranty coverage. KLJ Services LLC warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. It applies only to single-family home use. To be eligible for the warranty repair through your manufacture or extended warranty provider, your product must be installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines as well as being properly maintained by the manufacturer’s guidelines stated in your use and care manual.
